Your CPU can draw about 80 watts under load, and the GPU will draw about 85 max. You should be fine for a year or two, but that is not a great power supply in general and you will want to consider upgrading in the future.
>i3 540 + R7 250X
>350W PSU
>4GB DDR3
no

ur wrong, that shit card pulls less than 100w

nice dubs..Anyways ill buy a 500w in a month since i used all of my money on 250x.
I will overclock both CPU and GPU after getting that

Oops i3 can pull 115 watts under load.
Still, 200 for CPU and GPU combined. You'll probably see ~250 during use with RAM and motherboard, which runs right up to the threshold of the PSU itself assuming 75% efficiency (375*0.75=262.5).
Don't expect the power supply to last for too long if you game for several hours per day.

So i have to play on low settings for for a month to let psu to stay alive? I guess i can do that

You should be just fine for a minute. If the PSU is inadequate, you'll know right away. I'm just talking longevity, because consistently running any component near its maximum capacity will shorten its life.
It will help if you use Riva Tuner to set a max of 60 FPS. This will keep power use lower when playing lower-spec games like CS:GO rather than rendering extra frames that your monitor can't display.

That's still cutting it pretty close, if something happens(game spikes or some shit) then your PSU could fry all your parts. Then you're out a whole lot more money. Skip buying a GPU, get a decent 600w Bronze+ PSU ffs
