What is the best introductory computer science textbook in Python?

I'd prefer to use a textbook. I've already taken an intro CS class and would be using this to relearn material, by the way.
There is only one true book

Or if there are no good textbooks, what is the best online course?

Just to turn this into /textbookrecommendations/, I was wondering how is the C programming language as a good introductory C book?
I've taken multiple programming classes, one of which has focused on C so I'm not a total beginner.

People on /g/ who say "computer science" usually mean programming. And since you mentioned a specific language and not an actual topic in CS then you probably don't care so much about CS topics. In that case, the suggestions in this thread should suffice.
On the off chance you looking to learn (re-learn) CS topics then I recommend checking out the Open Courseware at MIT:

No textbook. But it has a lot of material like notes, tests/quizzes, and lectures.

What about Introduction to Computer Science Using Python: A Computational Problem-Solving Focus by Charles Dierbach?
