Got a DVD+RW drive in the upper slot but I've no idea if it's even connected properly. Once had a 52x CD drive explode a warez disc with a huge bang and noisy optical drives still disturb me somewhat.

I can't speak for him, but I have some DVDs that don't exist as quality torrents. I plan on ripping them as soon as I get my external drive enclosure. My case has no 5.25" bay and my laptop hasn't had a DVD drive since windows xp era.

What's some good software to rip blurays? I used to use DVDDecrypter for DVDs, but I've been out of the scene pretty long and I believe that was shut down.

Won't the heat be bad for weed? I'd also be wary of storing flash drives and SD cards inside the the case due to the added heat.. Might reduce the data retention capacity.
