Need help determining if this has a virus or not.

Downloaded faststone image re sizer from their site. They say virus/malware free but virus total results came out 1/51.

ClamAV found Win.Adware.Agent-59160 in the exe. Is this a false positive? No other antivirus flagged it. Here is where i downloaded it.

Not really looking to download more antivirus/malware software. Already have malwarebytes and nod32

MalwareBytes doesn't detect everything
Alright just use AdwCleaner
Junkware Removal Tool

Use a sandbox like Sandboxie from now on if and when you download something and aren't sure if has a virus.

It's fine. ClamWin has open sauce virus definitions. All this means is some currynegger reported it as a virus because they couldn't understand how to work their computer. If all the other antiviruses say it's clean then it's fine. ClamAV is useless.

This. It's good software, but back when I used Windows I found that I needed both it and Spybot S&D, as both missed shit, but luckily one picked up what the other didn't.

I'm not necessarily recommending Spybot here either mind you. Back in the day it was amazing, and one of the only malware scanners available that actually wasn't malware itself. Over time it's become a shadow of it's former self. I haven't needed to use this kind of software in a while now, but I suspect it's only gone further downhill.

When I last used it the only thing really keeping me from dropping it, and looking for an alternative was the browser immunization. That is a good idea, and I'm surprised no one else has bothered to copy it.
