Either start from scratch writing up each element you want to change by googling it/looking at the official documentation, or just edit someone elses like Twily's.
Both are probably equally as time consuming depending on your knowledge, but it's easier to learn off editing someone elses
feedback on mupdf and llpp apparently it doesn't have a sidebar index like evince but you can click in the table of contents of the actual book
