What do you people use for playing music on android?

I've been using phonograph and while its not perfect or anything, it sure seems like the best option at the moment. Don't like how you can't turn off downloading artist work or how it doesn't search the podcasts folder unlike shuttle.

I use GoneMAD.
It's alright I guess. I just use it because of the Opus support for Kitkat.

Oh, yeah, I totally agree.

That being said, the Android app is pretty damn good, better than the desktop player. It also has an EQ, whereas the desktop player doesn't.

I am impressed that the desktop player responds to media keys, though. Not sure how they managed that.

Google Play Music

Want to listen to an album? Click play. No more hunting it down however you used to illegally. Ten dollars a month is worth the convenience. Makes listening to new music a pleasure instead of a mild inconvenience.

They don't have it? They let you upload up to 50,000 tracks, so hunt it down however you used to. But this rarely happens unless you listen to a lot of chiptune or are a real deep /mu/ uppity faggot.

Poweramp seems to be the only music player that works on mobile.
On a PC it doesn't matter as there are a many hotkeys, but on mobile devices, you have one key to press.
On poweramp they let you configure what that does so I can search for a number I want to listen to and when I press on it, it is added to the queue rather than stopping the music and playing the selected song.
Why is this unreasonable behavior? Do they expect me to sit and wait for the song to be over to select the next song at the right time? Or long press and go through a menu every time?
Fuck that.

I used to do this until I started running into issues.

Tracks would get uploaded and have completely wrong tag data, would upload slightly different versions of the same song (annoying cause I have all my shit on the same gain whereas goog's copy is super loud, plus this fucks up mixes), and would just straight up not upload some albums.
