Honestly you can buy a bunch of cheap shit and make it look presentable with little effort. The only thing to be mildly jealous is the camera equipment but that
just seems like something a supportive parent buys their kid. You don't bat an eye when you see a middle schooler with a $2,000 violin or instrument. The
parents must have just bought it because it's nice to keep your kid busy with a hobby and photography is just that. I wouldn't even be envious of his computer
