Yeah, that was what I mentioned in the previous thread. All we need to say that a quick pushing motion on the screen will result in Fold being activated and the device switching to tablet mode. Just tell them to push until they hear Fold activating which will cause them to just push until they hear the sound. Unfortunately for them, the sound that they hear is the screen coming off.

They did ruin it, it was consistent with Apple's marketing for the new macbook, now they've changed the font, it no longer looks like the ads and will give an extra indication that it's fake, not that anyone would believe this stupid idea.

The idea was that someone on 4chan actually had the skills to create a reasonable looking fake announcement from Apple. They just want to flesh this idea out before spreading it on other social media. The reason they're asking not to post this elsewhere is because when that happens, the target audience will be on to it before the macbook is out, limiting the number of victims.
