The first episode of Attack on Titan was a bit over the top and cliche, but I liked the rest of the episodes to be honest.
One show I could not get through was Sword Art Online though. Now that was fucking cliche. I watched the first episode and hated it, watched the next 2 and decided to give up. It felt like it was targeted towards 13-year-olds. At least AoT has a somewhat more mature feel to it.
