desu you look like you've never lifted a day in your life, but SS isn't exactly geared towards gaining mass so it's not all that unexpected.
plus 3 months isn't very long... would probably recommend adding in some accessory exercises if you're not already doing any if you want to gain mass a bit faster.

some arm/shoulder/chest/back stuff could be good, 3 sets of 6-8 reps, can get away with not adding any leg stuff on SS so wouldn't worry about that.

I tried calculating my maintenance caloric intake, but in practice it seems like it's much higher than the calculations, so I have to eat a lot more calories

Anything you want really. Would recommend just researching some exercises for whatever muscle groups you want to add in accessories for. Curls, skullcrushers, chins, tricep pushdowns, lat raise, lat pulldowns, cable chest flys/db chest flys etc. Just add in 2-3 on both your A and B days. Even 1-2 would be fine if you want. Gives you a bit more exposure to other exercises and helps add a bit of strength to your upper body.

the important things at this stage are consistency and diet, if you've got your form down, been going at least 3x a week and been eating well you're going to make it

How often are you increasing weight? I just finished my 5th week and already its taking me over a week to progress on some of my lifts. I've been on 110kg deadlift for almost 2 weeks now and I've only improved my overhead press by 5kg
