BK™ Ultimate Breakfast Platter
Nutrition: 1190 calories

66g fat
You might want to put some protein powder in the smoothie so it isn't competing with the nutritionally worst item at Burger King.

>carbs and fats are bad for gaining mass
>the only thing you need is protein and more protein
t. DYELs
>>37928001
The amount of carbs/sugar it has is absolutely fucking retarded. If it was 25/50/25 it would be perfectly fine but protein is literally the least of the three in there by a decent margin.
Fuck you.

hey op that puppy is real cute, is he yours?
>>37928025
It's fucking fine, especially as a first meal of the day. If OP eats 4000 calories while trying to gain mass like this, there's no reason why he wouldn't also eat something like chicken and beef, which a large portion by itself will give him all the protein he'd need for the day.

>no peanut butter
Enjoy being skelemode forever.
>>37927951
op please answer me, is the puppy yours and what is his name?
>>37927632
>olive oil
Why the fuck isn't that peanut butter?
0/10
>>37927632
Use peanut butter instead of olive oil for taste and extra protons
>>37927632
That's not even that good.
>>37927632
That's not a smoothie, that's a dog.
