Just take long rests.

After you finish your last set and know you cant do another full one, just do reps in between your other assistance lifts. Youll be able to get 1-2 each time, probably. just superset it.

if you cant do more weighted ones, just use your pullup bar at home (buy one if you dont) and do another 20-30 at home with your bodyweight.

2. Pec stretches and shoulder stretches basically. things like shoulder dislocates with a towel or light rod. anything that stretches your chest and the front of your upper body.

It really is the last two inches where it shows up, so Im pretty confident a bigger arch can fix this. I just cant arch for shit with a strained lumbar erector. I can test different grip widths as well but I have gotten this from close and wode grips so Im not extremely confident. There very well might be a sweet spot though who knows.

my left leg is slightly longer than my right. also had knee surgery on my left knee about 10 months ago.

i always feel like i want to squat with my left foot further forward and toe out slightly in comparison with the right. i have been experimenting warming up with my right foot a half inch elevated or so.

i have a pair of romaleos and i normally leave the competition soles in. is it safe/advisable to only leave the competition sole in on my right (shorter) leg in order to even out my squat??

But I do predominately pic related and I'm pretty good

Mostly the bottom right because one side of the hip was higher than the other.

Pullum sports sells bands dirt cheap if you buy generic, which are exactly the same. (Just rubber bands lol)
I'd recommend it a lot, helped me a lot in my mobility.

I think I paid £7.5 for a band I use daily.

I use to get a LOT of glute tensions which I used a lax ball to relieve, and I even stretched hamstrings
But I found that was counter intuitive to stretch hamstrings and I'd say that's what lead to me hurting my lower back.
I think I also became reliant on lax rolling glutes

What's worked for me is a simple broader approach to directly working hips, resolved all issues I have with TIGHT hams and gluten.

Also I find band resistant stretches are more fun and effective.

With the band thing I use a 45lbs to 75lbs resistant band and I go as far back as comfortable and lift my leg slightly and count down from 20.

Very very very painful but feels great afterwards

I ran int x3 med vol two times back to back.
On the first cycle my 1RM went up 5kg despite losing 2kg BW,this cycle 1RM stayed the same(a bit faster) and I gained 1kg BW.
This cycle I also added db bench and tricep extension on each day because I was bulking and I recovered fine on my first cycle,I was still able to hit all the required reps of the program.
Should I try another time with int x3 med vol,maybe without adding hypertrophy work,or go for int x3 high volume bench?

Stick with the amraps, not 1rms. Personally I wouldn't do accessories the way you have done them, but anyway, do another cycle including the accessories. If you don't get stronger after another cycle, either change the accessory work some or go to the high volume.

I'm not too sure what the result would be, I'd just be concerned with gauging resistance. The band has somewhat consistent resistance but with the rope you've gotta pull yourself and it would suck if you pulled too hard by mistake lol

Amazon or E-bay will do, just find the cheapest with the best resistance. 35-75lbs is my bands resistance and I honestly didn't pay more than £10, perhaps use that as a reference.

Amazon seems to have the better quality bands as that's where the crossfitters shop. eBay sell these like anytime fitness zumba bands with about 5lbs of resistance.
