Finished another cycle of gnuckols int x3 med vol bench.
This time BW went up 1kg and 1rm stayed the same(a bit faster),last cycle BW went down 2kg and 1RM went up 5kg.
The only difference between the 2 cycles were 3x12 french press and 3x12 db bench that I added on every workout.
I was still able to finish every rep assigned for the days.

Hey lads could you help me out here. I don't have a video atm but I'll post one as soon as I deadlift.
I can't deadlift for shit, like my dead and squat are basically the same with my squat often overtaking the deadlift.
For some fucking reason I get sharp jolts of pain in my hips when trying to sumo pull (I get a similar pain my squat when hitting depth but it's not as bad). Then I get massive pain in my upper hamstrings when trying to conventional and sumo which usually lasts for days.
As a result of which I'm stuck at 150kg (330) deadlift
Like any advice despite lack of video?
