I've been lifting since april 19th and i literally look the same, I've been told to eat at maintenance. The weird thing is my lifts are going up but i still look DYEL as fuck.
Upper picture is me at 5'10 165 on april lower is 160 lbs today

you have high body fat, once you lose it the definition will come, april is only a couple months ago man, be consistent and you'll see results, you wont look like arnold in 6 months, but i guarantee you will look infinitely better in a year than you do now

Too much fuck-around-itis.
You'd be better off doubling the volume of the heavy compounds and dropping 3/4 of your fluff stuff.
Also, you eventually need to vary your set/rep/intensity.
Most importantly, if you're not focused on PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD (getting stronger over time), then you're going to spin your wheels forever.
Forcing your body to adapt doesn't just happen. It takes effort.
