I work part time at a gym as a nutritionist helping people mostly lose weight, rarely is anyone interested in building mass beyond taking scoops. I have a ton of semi-original meals i've prepared if you're ever interested.
I do this while attempting to finish my masters degree in Software Engineering with a minor in Network Engineering.
I'm not really a powerlifter, though I deadlift and squat quite a bit.
I have sick as fuck calves due to years of trail running, hiking, and general backpacking. I recently was able to do 5pl8 calf raise for the first time.
I just float around from thread to thread, fitness is my life outside of technology. I love to learn about it, to discuss it.

Yeah I got it fixed, seems it was really just a perpetual outbreak I kept making worse.

Tried an elimination diet and all because it's an autoimmune thing and the creams I was getting prescribed didn't work, didn't really do much for me other than make me lose lots of weight and probably a good bit of muscle. Got it fixed when I got prescribed light therapy funny enough and haven't had anything since.

Do weighted chins/pullups and when you're doing your last heavy working set of deadlifts, hold the last rep at the top for as long as you can.

I used to have serious grip problems when deadlifting (dropping 255x5 when I started), but now my grip is definitely not even close to my limiting factor on deadlifts.
