Can we make a list of sports that hit muscle groups extremely well? For people who don't like lfiting, but love sports.

I'll start:
>Biceps - Ring gymnastics
>Glutes and legs - speed skating or soccer
>Posture - Ballet or ballroom dances
>Abs - Boxing
>Back - Swimming

I dunno what olympic divers do. But they have the best abs and quads for some reason. Period.
