Decent, accessible advice for beginners. They aren't over-the-top personalities (Elliot Hulse) or doing some stupid brand-driven bullshit (Piana). They come across as normal, well-adjusted people. Which is probably /fit/ doesn't like them. Kinda wish they did more intermediate and advanced stuff.

Recently discovered them, watched a few videos and added a couple of their workouts to my routine.

Videos have a lot of production quality, for better or worse. I usually just want to get to the exercises and skip the skits they do though.
