I need a program for my bench.
I have been fucking around with my own programming for it, basically just tried benching thrice a week with 2 high volume and 1 high intensity day.
Thought bench is so easy to program that I might as well just throw volume in.
I did have quite some progress and mass gain, but I think I'm wasting my time a little, workouts have lost all structure and I don't even know when I should test, I have random weak days and random strong days etc.
So is there any good intermediate bench program with like 3 sessions and some good volume to practice the lift with?
