For some fucking reason I decided to shave my chest toady.
I looked at my body in the mirror and holy shit, I'm disgusting.

I've worked out on and off in the past years just to feel better with myself I guess,
and I self deluded myself into thinking that after losing 40 lbs (I was obese as fuck) I looked decent.

I'm 6' 180lbs. I can almost wrap my hand around my bicep.
I have no muscle at all.

Nothing, I stopped working out for some reason to sit on my ass.

By the end of the next month I'm going on a 2 weeks trip, and I figured I should lose at least 15-20 lbs.
I did it last year too and I'm basically moving and doing heavy shit 9-10 hours a day, lost 15 lbs in a week then (partially water weight mind you).

I'm hoping I'll manage to kick myself into a gym after that.

Well I don't, so it's reasonable.

Right now I'm trying to figure out how to manage my diet during my next trip,
I'll probably lose a lot of weight no matter what, but maybe I can use it at my advantage.
