I have done those workouts regularly and all forms of decline/incline dumbbell iso. Even different forms of flies over the years. My chest has actually always been my worst (when I first started I was 110-115 lbs starved Auschwitz mode, and people actually told me my chest goes inward) but my bench has been platuead for so long and you can start to see the discrepancy in its size.
