That's a big jump for 5 weeks, nice one. I'll look into it, thanks. I went in to the comp after running 2 cycles of Candito 6 week. This was while cutting down from ~81kg slowly. Deadlift and squat improved but bench stayed the same. I hit 85kg bench in the gym not too long ago but it just wasn't there today.
