If your bulking then it's more about macros. Healthy fats that help with test levels, complex carbs and 180 grams of protien no matter what bodyweight. Also make sure your getting good amounts of vitamins, look into ways to up T.

Lift 3x a week, maybe four. That extra day isn't helping anything. Follow a real program that emphasis linear progression. That's all there is to it. Throw everything else you know and do out the window. Every time you do a lift, it should be 1, 2, 5, 10 or even 15 pounds heavier than the last time you did it.
