Plg, I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do next.
I want to do something with high frequency (3-6 sessions per week on the main lifts). However, I also want to take some time off from lifting heavy weights, which makes Bulgarian a no-go.
I'm tempted to just do a two-day bodybuilding split three times per week (e.g. squat+bench and press+deadlift), since I need more muscle, but I'm not sure how to fit in the deadlifts without shreking myself. Any ideas for something along these lines?

You resurrected my deadlift with that video you posted from the spine expert.

But I am slowly killing my back with squats. What started as a deadlift injury months ago is now negatively effecting my squat. I can not seem to squat without injuring myself after a while.

Came close to day. Heard the click and felt my lowerback tighten up, had I done another rep I'd be in agony.

What hip mobility can you recommend I do?

Tried them a week ago and had a pinched nerve. Tried them today and was fine, even weighted.
Although I didn't really feel like anything was being worked.
