not looking for anything like serious workout instructions. just something fun to pass the time with because I'm stuck somewhere where youtube is pretty much the only way to entertain myself. I just watched a video of brock lesnar doing some ridiculous meme work out back when he was in UFC, that kind of stuff.

This is more mental /fit/ness but I like to watch Martin Shkreli's channel on YouTube and watch his chemistry and finance lessons. I don't even need chemistry and I hated it in school, but they are incredibly interesting and it opens your eyes.
