I'd say subway. That's what I usally do, Turkey on wheat, with a shit load of veggies, and it only costs 4 bucks for a 6 in. Never get a 12 in, they start at over 1000 calories

I would say buy some food that can help curb your autism.
Subway turkey sandwiches or chicken sandwiches. No sauces. Cheese is ok. Whole wheat bread for poop gains. Lots of veggies to staay fuller.

GTA is a big place. Pickering, whitby, and oshawa are nothing like actual toronto when it comes to good food.
If you actually live in Toronto you can find some good shawarma or burritos. What do you mean by "healthy"? Low cal, low carb? Be more specific.

I like to get chipotles even when on cut.
Its like 800/900 calories and fills you up and is generally healthy.
If you're downtown especially finance district there are two locations within a 10 min walk distance
