How do we determine someone's genes? We can't.
Someone can do smart programing forever and get nowhere.
Someone can do things willy nilly and do great.

I saw Greg Nuckols at a gym in North Carolina yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”

I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my training, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to tip the receptionist up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like 28 training programs in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the programs and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each program and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I saw Boardshorts at a gym in SD yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

The girl at the counter was a right cheeky cunt, and was like “nigga where u think u goin” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter - Afterall, we needed them to build our new crossfit inspired powerlifting gym and dual purpose chem lab "Strength Solutions".

When she took one of the plates and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “So you can check me out longer, you don't have to hide it ;)” and then turned around and winked at me. I don't recall ever hearing the sound of panties moisten until that day. After she scanned each plate and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by asking "what she was doing later and if she wanted to have a three way with him and his qt latina gf"

How is this physically possible? Even if I were that strong with good form, something would snap apart like a old rubber band. My limiting factor is tendon and ligament recovery. How come he doesn't have such limits?

I'm not. Haack wastes zero (0) time on unnecessary elements of the deadlift, his pull is pure speed and power.

Gibbs is like a complicated machine with 100 things that can malfunction, Haack is a hammer and has no moving parts that can fail other than the slight chance that he just breaks in half
