Well /fit/, I have a problem.

I'm setting sail in a week or two, and it looks like it'll be a three week voyage.
It's a 3 mast, 11m schooner, with a complement of 4.

What can I do to keep up my exercise during that period? I'm guessing I'm going full calisthenics, but what particular exercises can I do to get a fullbody workout, within the limitations of calisthenics?

You'll be getting plenty of exercise handling the boat. Don't worry about it.

3 weeks lol? Uh, wouldn't it be cheaper/faster to take a seaplane?

Thanks guise, but I'm concerned I'll lose too much muscle with only the boatwork. I can pretty much handle a twomaster by my self in normal conditions, so it isn't that much of a strain...
Also, no way I'll get enough calories.

I work on the boat as a sailor, I don't OWN a boat.

Living on a boat doesn't mean you're rich. For a lot of people it's one step above living in a van.
