This is me at 6'0 170ish, if you consider this otter mode then basically what I did was

Brosplit -> PPLX2, brosplit didn't really focus on increasing strength as much, ppl I did. But for otter you really only have to do legs once a week

For food I'd really only count calories and protein, tried to eat a lot of both but basically just ate whatever I wanted and had a protein shake every day

Also I'm not as tan in this pic but you definitely want to be tan maximum effect

Pull involves back and Biceps. Rows you pull to you and curls you pull to you

Look up coolcicadas ppl routine if you want to do that, I personally would just do a strength routine for a few months then switch to ppl
