My Morning Shake
> 1-2 Eggs
> Whole Milk
> 1 Scoop
> Oats
> Peanut Butter

Pretty standard shake desu senpai
Just go 1 egg, 2 scoops and water instead of milk if you want to cut

>1 scoop ON double rich chocolate

>1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
>1/2 banana
>1 cup milk
>1/2 cup water
>handful of ice
>blend it up

Usually I just eyeball the water until it's the right consistent. It's delicious but not the most /fit/ shake in the world.
