I've been lifting for 3 month now. right now
176 lb/80kg @ 183cm.

Do I need to improve any specific muscle or am I good to go on like I used to?

yeah, last time i trained my calves was more than a month ago.

Shoulders are in my usual routine and i hit them pretty hard, maybe it doesn't show in this image, but maybe you're right. I look into it.
