Okay, OP, assuming you aren't shit posting let me give you some advice as someone who used to model.
The first red flag in this message is that this scout isn't from an agency. There's a very neat law that says that only legit agency firms can use the term "Agency" in their name. As such, all real agents will be from a company with "Agency" somewhere in the title. "Silver Model Management" obviously does not have "Agency" anywhere, so that's a major warning sign.
The second thing I noticed right off the bat is that Alex goes straight into asking about your profile photos. This is usually a set up for them to ask you to come in to take new "test photos" and then to use your "current" photos, they'll ask you to pay a "service" fee.
This shit does not happen at real agencies. Real agencies will either cover the cost of photos, or let you use your own.
Finally a good agent will never take more than 15% of whatever you make. Let me emphasize, YOU NEVER PAY THE AGENT EVER. If an agent ever asks for money from you, you automatically know it's a scam, you get the fuck out. An agents sole purpose is to find YOU work, because that's how they make their commission.

Honestly man, don't take the risk. A modelling agency will not randomly "headhunt" you and contact you through a mobile messaging app. It's 100% a scam. He'll probably ask to do a bunch of modelling shots and have you buy a "portfolio" from him.
Loads of age 18-30 girls fall for this and end up getting horribly scammed, or best case scenario they get a portfolio of images that cost a bomb but are no better than images you could take on your cell phone.

It turned out to be legit and he got a modeling job for Burberry paying 200,000 euro a year for like 1 months of work. He gets picked up from school and flies down to Rome, London, Milan, Singapore, and then get flown back the same night so he doesn't miss school the next day.
He quit after about a year for unknown reasons, according to him his GF didn't like it and gave him an ultimatum. But i think it was more than that.
