Soy makes me break out in a rash. It also makes me feel like sucking cocks, so for those reasons I avoid it in all forms.

why would i want gyno?

funnily enough, hormone-enriched beef and eggs are more likely to get actual oestrogens in your body
mantits are almost exclusively a merkin problem, because of the SAD (standard amerigo diet aka mcdonald, beefs and eggs)

Gyno? As in gynochologist?

Why wouldn't you want a gyno to tell you all about all the pretty pussies she sees all day?

Also, anyone know how I can get my sleep schedule back on track in a way that won't make me want to quit trying after a few days? I'm trying to get overall healthy again, but I feel so fucking tired for most of the day till about ten a clock rolls around. Then I'll be up till 2-4 And sleep till noon or later. I've tried setting my alarm and waking up just and hour earlier each time , but I'm still so fucking tired. Sometimes Ill drink a cup of coffee in the morning, but it doesn't really give me much energy, just enough to not feel sluggish.

Enjoy your gyno friend

It has no impact on human male hormones.

There are only a couple of publications reporting *aberrant* isolated results

Please continue eating your hormones-enriched chicken

Yeah right. Eating high levels of soy does nothing bad for a males body...its why Asians are so tall, large a muscular right??

Being fat - America, is not the same thing as gyno.
>>

>asians have a different frame
Sure, it's totally because they eat soy. Also, they are yellow because of too much soy. Not because they are asian. As soon as they step foot on glorious american soil, the became ronnie coleman and their melanine increase.

Are you retarded?

Hey you seem to have good info on hormones.
Is there any generally good hormone diet advice for men on the internet, if I want to boost t and lower e?

10,000iu of vitamin d
400 mg high quality magnesium (not oxide)
3mg melatonin

Take a couple hours before bed. Never be tired again. You're welcome.

No, get your blood works done and have 3D IRL doctor look at them. Test levels and your current diet and lifestyle are too peculiar and varied.
Nuts (and non-hydrogenated fats in general), broccoli, cauliflower and vitamin D are sometimes considered helpful, alongside with a good sleep schedule and physical exercise - but that's something pretty unsurprising. Obesity lowers test as well. Calorie restriction seems to prevent ageing but has adverse effects on test (maybe unsurprisingly as well)

So, as a general rule of thumb, eat a correct amount of calories, sleep well, get enough fats, fibres and vitamin D
>>
>>36808951
Can I get that stuff through diet and being in the sun more?

I have a slight grudge against pills.

A dose of 10000iu of vitamin d could be toxic, more than 5000 is simply invariably unnecessary, and 2000 is a reasonable amount.
>>
>>36808994
Yeah, of course, but you probably won't. The d3 and mag are optimal levels and would be impossible to achieve without a VERY well planned diet. And counting on daily sun exposure for your vitamin d is silly. If you are getting your 20 mins of FULL exposure a day, a 2,000-4,000iu would still help in almost all facets of your health.

to;dr take your d3 supps kids
>>
>>36809174
Studies have shown that toxicity is rare in cases of 40,000iu a day for months on end. 10,000 won't come close to toxicity unless you're a small child.
>>
>>36808951
I just checked my multi
>Vitamin D: 5 mcg
and it's a multi targeted for men
>>36809082
>>36809137
actually I made a mistake:
25 micrograms = 0.000025 grams = 1000 IU
So. 25 micrograms = 1000 IU vitamin D
So. 10000 IU = 25x10 micrograms
So. 50 minutes are fucking enough

> If you're fair skinned, experts say going outside for 10 minutes in the midday sun—in shorts and a tank top with no sunscreen—will give you enough radiation to produce about 10,000 international units of the vitamin.
Anyway, it's

>tank top
>no sunscreen
I'd gladly avoid the "no sunscreen" part
