Well lifters that use the same training similar as sheiko often do very good, such as TSA and RTS their lifters are doing great and most people at the top seem to be training that way.

I'm the 3bench session guy,
I sleep 8 hours, then take a 20-30 minute nap and I try to eat well, at least 120g of protons every day, fruit, veggies and pasta/rice. Currently on a sliiiight surplus. Goal is gaining one kilo every 2 months. I'm 85kg now at 177cm.

Also, I don't drink alcohol apart for some beers, lets say one or two a week, sometimes one beer every three weeks. (1/3 litres)

I'm 6ft 180lbs. Started at 137lbs august 2014. Two weeks ago my five rep max for squat and deadlift were 200lbs and 225 respectivly. Today I did 225 for a triple on the squat (after already having squatted 202 for five. My deadlift 5RM is now 247 and 1RM is 270.

Shit progress, I know. But I haven't been good at recovery and eating.

Would it be possible to hit 3pl8 squat and 4pl8 deadlift 1RM within the end of May/start of June? I've gotten my diet and sleep on point the past month and I think I may hit 2pl8 squat 5RM next week. I'm running TM.
