I went for a new PR and fucked my shit up bad. I learned better form and havent had any pain in a while, I consider myself lucky. Ill never make that mistake again, so it wasnt all for nothing.

Haven't been deadlifting for the past few weeks, been concentrating on other back exercises to improve deadlift strength. I think it has helped.
Did a few sets of six with 225 today and then a few sets of 12 with 185. Finisher set with 12/6/6 with 185. Feels good man.
