Went from 70 and 90 kgs for reps, to 115 kgs and lmao3plate in around 3 months. Used to hate them because of shit form, but nowadays i almost look forward to leg day because of them. FeelsGoodMan.

Haven't been deadlifting for the past few weeks, been concentrating on other back exercises to improve deadlift strength. I think it has helped.

Did a few sets of six with 225 today and then a few sets of 12 with 185. Finisher set with 12/6/6 with 185. Feels good man.
