What kind of pain is it? If it's a sharp pain check to see if you fucked something up while lifting. If it's a warm dull pain then it just sounds like your really sore. Take a hot bath and try to relax. Remember, it is a good pain battle brother.

How did you have 6? I got two, one is impacted, decided to keep it in after dentist said to remove. Current dentist says just keep it clean, no need to risk surgery

Dude, I have a purpose for removing them. I'm getting a double jaw surgery and my wisdom teeth need to be out of the way.

Maybe out some ice in your mouth to numb the pain? Or is it more inside your gums than it is in your mouth?

Either way just try to get your mind off of it, thinking about it wont help much
