The thing is, his form isn't *that* bad.
It's not form I'd feel obligated to correct on a stranger for fear of his health. It's form I'd be able to offer plenty of advice on for improvements, but he's picking the weight up fairly easily and his form isn't totally whack. The worst part by far is that his back is a little rounded, but it honestly isn't rounded that badly.
It's a little silly that he's deadlifting such lightweight, using gloves, and mixing his grip, but I'm sure that's what he'd been recommended.
