My current cutting dinner:
75g brown rice
400g green beens
125g chicken breast
50g hot salsa sauce
salt, pepper, curry, hot paprica herbs
~5g fat ~80g carbs ~45g protein ~600 kcal
Afterwards I usually get pic related for desert.

Discovered "Skyr" some weeks ago.
350g container has ~175 kcal, <1g fat, 15g carbs, 28g protein and tastes really good like a creamy jogurt.
This has replaced cottage cheese for me. Tastes much better and has similar macros.
