Food tastes good to be honest family.

I work out and I'm a healthy guy, so if I want to go to a burger joint or eat a bag of candy I'm gonna do it. I don't go crazy, I'm still tryna stay lean, but I'd rather maintain a balance of eating whatever I want and being healthy.

Like abs are nice, no doubt about it, but it just doesn't seem worth it to me to cook dry ass plain chicken for every meal just so maybe some girl gets wet. I'm not trying to bang randos, so if I'm banging a girl chances are she already likes me, my body, and my personality.

I appreciate the sentiment about balance, but the trouble with eating whatever we want is what we have now is engineered to appeal to our neurochemistry (sugar-loaded, high-fat). If you take an animal and let it eat "whatever it wants" and then let it change the food to make it more and more psychoactive (which food producers have done) then eventually you have a drug. We can continue to ignore that but it's pretty obvious if you look at basic neuroscience of food and how sugar and fat (scarce in the wild) stimulate all sorts of "eat more" behaviours through release of dopamine which encourages returning to the same place (repeat customer) and when you suddenly introduce a lot of what was previously scarce it helps sales (because among other things humans are adapted to "make the most" of what used to be a rare opportunity) but in my research it looks like that can lead to all sorts of disturbance of neurochemistry - all-out addiction being only one of them.

That's all totally true, but when I say I eat whatever I want I mean is I cook healthy food for myself but if I'm feeling lazy or I'm with friends I'll order in a pizza or go out for beers and wings or whatever. I think the body cannibalises muscle if you don't have enough amino acid intake or you run out of fat to burn entirely. That's what Scooby's video "How to lose fat and gain muscle" said at least, and while I can't vouch for its scientific basis it makes sense.

It looks like 1kg a week is the maximum healthy weight loss rate so maybe that means your calorie level is ok - I was surprised because 1500 seems low but I have the opposite problem (underweight) so I've never researched it specifically.

Because I've been permacutting for 2 years. I want to kill myself /fit/. I always cut for 2-3 weeks perfectly (my record is probably 6 weeks, that was some solid progress) but then I relapse for 1-2 weeks and waste all of my progress.

I literally want to kill myself. I'm never going to make it. I'm not even that fat right now; I'm 16-17% bf right now...in the middle of another relapse.

It definitely looks like you should be eating more. I always live by the idea that your abs should not be visible while bulking, or else you're not eating enough.
