So I think I have to go to the ER for a possible infection. Do I tell the doctor I'm on gear? Or should I tell them that I injected b12 or something. I don't want this going on my record.

Medical student here - most likely for your safety you should just tell them the truth. I don't think being on steroids is one of those things they are required to report, like certain drugs, abuse or gun/knife wounds - and therefore they probably won't give a shit.
Some of the drug interactions out there would blow your mind. When in doubt, give thorough and truthful information.

It's not infected. An abscess is small and results in a pimple/cyst looking thing. Unless you feel feverish/fluey then it's just a reaction to the oils or the tren itself.
Go to a doctor asap OP. It could be anything from an infection, an allergic reaction, drug interaction etc. The doctor wont report you, no one will find out.

I'm an ER nurse. Junkies come in all the time with hard ass lumps of drugs that they injected into their muscle because they missed the vein.
We give them some Antibiotics and send them on their way usually.
And that's stuff like heroin and meth.
The only disadvantage of reporting this is that it will be listed on your medical record. Doctors and nurses alike will be able to see a history of steroid use upon you arriving for whatever appointment it is at the hospital.

Medfag here. Yes. Tell the doctor everything. I had this conversation yesterday with a nurse about some dickhead who came in with a shot glass stuck in his ass. He lied and said he was having rectal pain for no apparent reason. One xray later there it was. Medical staff are not police officers nor will they report you to the police for anything with the exception of child abuse. They honestly don't care.

Nurse here. You can disclose pretty much everything to a doctor. Once I treated a heroin addict who had injected wrongly and a large abscess had formed swelling his arm. The doctor didn't care. They kinda laughed about it actually. Medical personell aren't obligated to tell the police anything unless an arrests has been issued to that person. We had a patient in one evening who the police were "looking for" but it wasn't official so we couldn't disclose anything because it was against the patients interest.
