not OP but why dont my calves grow?
i run 5k 3 times a week and i squat and do calf raises
yet i see people who never work out with huge ass calves
is it genetic?

Put something on floor that is about 1.5-2 inches tall and stable. Put front half of feet on object. Do calf raises.
