Get enough fibre and you should be good.

Sorry, city casual who can't into diy here. Here's what I do
1. Get two chairs
2. Put them back to back
Just go to the hardware store and dick around in plumbing. If you feel fancy get some loktite and make it permanent. Look at the picture. It's a bunch of tubes and joints. Use galvanized if you want to do weighted, otherwise pvc is fine for girls and bodyweight. >>36438936

Buy one off Amazon for $70
I went to Goodwill and bought a walker for literally $2. It has a stated 300lb capacity. It feels wobbly when it's just sitting there, but as soon as you put weight on it, it's just fine.

Dont do this if you're planning on adding weight to dips OP, two chairs aint gonna hold you for long
>>36438924
You were able to Google for the picture now use Google for the plans.

And constructing one for weighted dips requires a bit more height, plus a weight tolerance that PVC probably won't hold.
As such the easy answer is "buy one." OP, you were enough of a handyman to make one, you'd already have an idea how by now.
I have to imagine a pair of sawhorses would hold up.
I have a pair of manlet bros just for the swole purpose of having a portable dip station

Plus if you go to snap city you got it easy. Good thinkin boss

wouldnt your knees still hit the ground?
>>36439924
I can't imagine it would cost much to fit together galvanized pipe like in OP
make sure the width is right
>>36438924
they are called parallettes
reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>>36438924
looks like you need pvc pipe
>>36439924
if you have a pull-up bar, get a set of olympic rings and attach ithem to it
best investment i've made in a while
I just use a walker.
Rated for 350 lbs.
Every time I use it for weighted dips I vaguely wonder when it's going to collapse and pile drive me face first into the floor.

You answered your question with the picture you posted. If you aren't a 100lb girl, use iron or steel pipe instead of pvc.
>buy pvc pipe (45-50 ft) and elbows
>cut into proper lengths (4 5' lengths for height, 6 2' lengths for the base pieces, 4 3' pieces for the length)
>buy concrete mix
>fill pipes with concrete and let solidify
>arrange pieces in shape like the pic you used

bretty gud idea
>>36441203
I just noticed there's also a back support for the station in the pic, so get another 2' length for that for added stability.
Of course make any changes to lengths and shit as you need to for your arm length and desired dip style (or get some more pipe lengths to make it a little modular)
put some books/weights on there if it's not stable

I have those exact same IKEA chairs, and it's uncomfortable as hell. Don't do this.
