A plate is 45lb right, so 20kg.

2 plates is 40kg per side, plus if you're using an Olympic bar, that's 20kg, so 10kg per side. That's 50kg per side, or 100kg in total, so a 2pl8 OHP.

Or is my maths totally spastic here?
