is natty lifting worth it?
>>36351553
If you roid you don't even have to lift. Just do pushups, crunches, pull ups, handstands, sprints.
>>36351553
If you don't have body dysmorphia, yeah its worth it
>>36351624
doesn't lifting give you body dysmorphia?
>>36351553
Only if you have good genes for it
Otherwise it truly is not worth the effort, and you should just count your calories and lift however you want to couple times a week
>>36351686
Unrealistic expectations gives you dysmorphia, which is in turn caused and made worse by steroids
>>36351686
>>36351766
lifting did give me body dysmorphia even though I don't expect to make a lot of progress anymore
>>36351745
most people have average genetics
>>36351553
I know this is bait but yes, unless you've got actual low test or something, everyone looks better from lifting and it does amazing things for your health and risk of long term ailments.
Just lazily lift full body 2-3x per week following a solid program. Takes 3 hours tops per week and it turns you from a 2/10 to a 3/10 to women

Idk find out faggot
Natty lifting is great. Put me and a roider on a desert island for 1yr with just food and a gym. My strength will probably increase while his will plummet. I know one guy whos PL total sunk from 1850 to 1250 in just 3 months.
The longer I've been lifting the more I'm realizing it's not OP
I just hit 525/320/525 on my big 3. When I started I thought I'd be jay cutler status from these numbers but I'm not. Gonna hop on eventually, honestly think I should do it sooner than later so I still have time to chad out on college girls
>>36352541
Put you and a smart roider who knows how to diet and train, and he will maintain a lot more strength than you'll ever have.
Assuming equal genetics.
The guys who lose everything when they come off either don't try to keep the gains, or they just don't know how to.
Though some roiders will never be stronger than some Nattys with great genetics.
Like me.
I am just not that strong, I can deadlift pretty well because long arms, but I know Nattys who out lifted me like crazy when I was on gear.

No shit
>>36351553
Just lift natty until you reach your peak potential. Then sit back and decide if you should take the plunge. Youll make great progress if your young. Im in my 30's and without gear id be wrecked and wouldnt get as much from the work outs.
>>36352542
Why not just be strong and and fairly muscular with a low bf%? You think looking like Jay Cutler is going to help you with girls? I can 100% guarantee your problem isn't lack of muscles.
>>36351553
You can look better than over 90% of the world by natty lifting so yes its worth.
If getting to the 99% mark is so important just roid.
>>36352645
You just need personality to get chicks. Lifting shouldnt be about getting chicks.
>>36352645
Show me a "natty" physique that looks good
Bonus points if the guy is strong too
The Jay cutler thing was a joke but I thought I'd look a certain way and I've realized only people on steroids look like that.
>>36352669
Bullshit. I'm kind of fat now because I've just been lifting and eating whatever I want but a year ago I was 210 and 10% bf and there was a noticeable difference in how girls treated and looked at me
>>36352685
Work out intelligently and without major interruptions for a couple of years. If you see progress you consider decent, then it is.
That's the only way to know, you personally have gotta sink some time in.
In my case it definitely was. It's nice having a gracile body structure but dwarfing 90% of people muscle-wise (aka early Zyzz).
>>36352685
What do you even consider "good"? Guys from 1910-1930 were natty and looked good.
>>36352704
He is on TRT you cant look like that at his age. And before you ask, yes TRT does make a difference.

BREHS

Average is just all numbers combined divided by the amount of numbers you had. That means you can have 5 people with lv.1 genetics and 5 people with level 10 genetics whose combined average will be lv. 5.5, even though not one one person in here is actually "average". Here's ab excellent video showing how useless this false idea of average is http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4eBmyttcfU4

They didnt have bench press and didnt do much exercises for the chest. Born today they would look better.
