I don't think you're being serious, but in any case I really don't know enough about training on roids to recommend anything.
That said, if you're considering to program according to how fast you can progress when roiding, I'll just suggest that slow and steady is probably your best/safest option.

those aren't analogous at all. you're using a situation with two completely different exercises compared to the same movement except one is equipped.

the ~50% guideline was to be used on your equipped max, and you'd train raw - you wouldn't be able to even touch your chest with 50%.

the 60-80% guideline is adjusted for raw lifters, because 50% of your raw max is too low of a stimulus.

You use 50-60% of your RAW max plus accommodating resistance (bands or chains etc). You need to generate enough bar speed for it to be considered dynamic .7 -.9 meters per sec.
10-12 sets of 2-3 reps with 15-30 rest in between sets.
