Im after an app for tracking weight gain or loss that is simple and doesnt have heaps of excess bullshit. All i want is to pit in my weight every day and it works out average weekly gain or loss. A graph would be welcome too. Anyone know any good apps like this? Thanks

Yeh ive got mfp, its good for tracking macros but i dont find its weight bit very good. I need something that says average weekly loss or gain so i can adjust kj intake accordingly

In the app it shows you a break down under the nutrition tab.
If you go to the websites you can graph your individual macro intake over as long as you want
