Cayenne
Oregano
Thyme
Paprika
Garlic Powder
2 parts
Onion Powder
Salt
Dry the flounder, coat one side with herb mixture. Place on medium heat non-stick pan, herb side down. salt and pepper back side. Add lemon juice if you want. Only turn once.
