Yo fit real talk my niggas. I need some honest advice nowhatimsayin.
Does creatine accelerate balding?
SS + GOMAD
what is google?
I have seen mixed answers as well.
I just don't take it because I didn't notice a difference in my gains when I was using it.

googel searches were inclusive, i want real life experience from my niggas on fit
>>35481459
if you have it in your genes, supposedly it does accelerate it a bit. I, personally, don't, so I haven't noticed anything of the sort.
>>35481481
yeah thats what ive read, but i cant find anything online that actually shows evidence of this
>>35481441
depends on the person

>Yo fit real talk
people here wont take you seriously even if you put this at the beginning of the post. Stop.
True.
But only if you're already susceptible to balding.
I had slight thinning around my crown and temples until I was 19, then my hair took a shit when I started creatine.
it never recovered, just got worse even when I stopped.
IMO creatine accelerates balding.
Take it from this femanon: longterm, you can't stop balding, it's genetics.
A fit, bald guy will always be more impressive than a comb-over fattums desperately clinging to the last hair on his head while he grows a fupa.
>>35481897
creatine isn't the difference between those two people, but yes if you are gonna go bald just embrace it because you don't really have a damn choice.
>>35481897
typical female idiot not understand balding at all
If you have MPB genes then creatine will accelerate balding
Just take finaceride 1mg when youre like 20-21 and just do it for life so you never have to worry about it
>>35481965
this is what everything says but i have seen no evidence that this is actually true
>>35481941
Cry more, you'll lose your hair, creatine or not.
>>35481965
>finaceride 1mg
>Side-effects are uncommon, but may include a loss of sex drive and a reduced ability to get an erection.
YOLO!
>>35482020
do you think balding happens overnight or something? taking creatine might be the difference between going bald in your 20s and going bald in your 40s. obviously, you fucking bimbo bitch, the latter is preferable
>>35482045
>overnight
No but i've seen guys lose a shit ton in less than 6 months.
>>35481441
From 24 years personal experience. I have a full head of hair. But I don't take creatine. So for sure not taking it doesn't increase balding.
It is the most studied supplement and it is proven to work. For me personally it doesn't and as shown in numerous studies certain people are more and less susceptible to it. If you have the money get it, if not don't worry
>>35481441
It seems to in some people.
Im 21 and still have a full head of hair. My brother has a slightly receding hairline at 28, my father too at 54.
I used a lot of crea the last years, like 20g daily for a week and then the same thing 3 months later. I woud always take 5g-10g daily because I read creatine was 100% safe. My hair started thinning around my crown but I'm probably the only one who notices it, so creatine is quite safe. I quit immediately too, because fuck going bald.
>>35481441
there was only 1 study made with 1 guy that showed signs of hairloss
nothing special or conclusive in any way
its just a meme that gets spouted around here
Im balding anyway. Started when i was around 26 or so now im 29.
I dont give a fyling fuck anymore and came to terms with it.
>tfw receding widows peak
>tfw Literally vegeta mode right now
>>35481441
no. I've been drinking it for a year, male pattern baldness runs in my family. I have a receding hairline but it has not accelerated this year.
>>35482045
More like going bald when you are 30 instead of 32.

>>35481441
