So what? He's never going to be olympic level and I'm pretty sure he realized that many years ago - there's no arrogance about the guy. Maybe he just enjoys his sport A LOT and his energy and bravado are something that comes as a result of that (and maybe methamphetamines). Yes, it's because of buttwink, took me about 2 months of proper stretching and also the purchase of weightlifting shoes. My dorsiflexion was absolute garbage because of all the ankle sprains I've suffered. I still have an imbalance between my left and right ankle. But my buttwink is gone, no more lower back soreness.

I posted this in a thread on its own but was told to come here cause you guys actually pick up things and put them down again

Hey guys I fractured my ankle a few months back and just started to go to gym a few days prior

It's been given the ok from doctors to weight bare and that was weeks back but if it's rolled in the way my soul of my foot would be pointing outward it gives pain.
Seeing as I just started gym I'm figuring out what I should be pulling and pushing and I've been squatting 1pl8 5x5 but feel like I can go a lot higher but I'm worried about my foot. Should I be?

I did mine playing football, doesnt sound as bad as yours tho and mine fucked with my calves and back. Take a week off walking around maybe do some bodyweight squats n shit and just go from there. See a good physio aswell
