i push mondays/thursdays
pull tuesday/friday

have noticed hooge strength gainz srs if u can get thru the first week ur body will adapt eventually jus sleep n eat right

you may keep this up for a week (maybe)
once you get to heavy enough w8 your body will require you to rest for 2-4days
this depends on style of training and volume (ie people who do fullbody 3xweek can still recover because fullbody demands lower daily volume compared to let's say ppl or u/l type of splits)
