The breast tissue itself cannot be removed by working out, but the fat can. You still have some fat to go.

I know this gyno feel bros. I found bulking made it worse for me though because there was more fat behind my nipples and on my chest, making it look like I had actual boobs.
My nipples don't look as big and soft though when I reduce salt, carbs, and it's cold.
